I was referred to Elyse and Rockit Studio several years ago now. Elyse did an amazing job giving me a gorgeous long layered cut. Once she went into focusing on creative color and brought Dee into the salon, I began going to Dee who also does a fabulous job on my finicky hair. The vibe of the shop is really cool - from the glitter floor to the sugar skulls and the great music choices and fun conversations we have. I adore these ladies and everyone that I have encountered at Rockit - a very inclusive and positive environment. Elyse is committed to her craft as well as educating others in the beauty industry to ensure everyone has the opportunity to run a successful business and learn the best methods for color and styles. I highly highly highly recommend this shop for any of your hair needs from classic to completely punk rock.

I have been coming to RockIt Studio for years. When I first started seeing Elyse, she brought my severely damaged hair back from the brink. Her hair knowledge and color knowledge is far beyond what I had experienced in the past. I started seeing Dee a couple of years ago, she is incredibly talented. Dee can take your inspiration photos and turn it into something that will suit you perfectly. Both women create a space that can make me feel safe and comfortable. I have laughed with them, cried to them, and spent years in their chairs getting to know them.

I look & feel amazing when I have Elyse cut & style my hair. We have a plan for my hair goals and I feel confident we will achieve them with her knowledge & creative artistic skills.

I was searching online when I came across reviews of her being the best. I’m very picky when it comes to my hair. When I saw that Elyse used a razor…. I knew she knew her craft. Switched salon’s and , honest, I have gotten so many compliments on the color and cut, that Elyse has done. She’s a professional, who stays on top of her craft … and seriously knows what she’s doing. She’s the best ! Trust me…..

Elyse is a wonderful hairdresser. I have been following her since I met her on vacation 15 years ago. She is extremely talented and knowledgeable. She freely shares so much with the hairdressing community and as a hairdresser, if I lived closer, I would trust her with my hair. She is a loving, open minded, and inclusive individual and business owner. Unfortunately some people find this offensive which leads them to try to sabotage her professionally. However, this is more of a reflection on them than her.
